Worst nights stay away - Avoid!!

If I had actually been able to use the room properly I feel I would of had a decent enough sleep, the bed felt it would of been comfortable and room was clean however the coffee machine didn't work properly and leaked. It would of been a decent enough room for the value I feel, however I wasn't able to sleep in the bed so can't say for sure! **adding onto the negative part of my review as I ran out of characters in the box** Ontop of this, because of this& the change of premises I also got a £80 parking ticket (which I wouldn't of gotten at the original premises) and then had an exhausting 5hr drive back home with no sleep! The lack of care!

− AVOID After driving 5hours, I got to the premises, where there was no one to greet me, I had to go through 2 men to eventually be pointed in the direction of some random persons flat to speak to a lady who then informed me my room had been cancelled and they had booked me another room somewhere else that was a 15minute drive from The original booking and with parking only until 8.30am. She informed me they had messaged this but the correspondence was only done through the booking.com app, not through email/phone call & this was also only done the day before my booking so I didn't receive this as I dont use the app. I booked this room specfically for the location, as I was going to a gig, and for the free off road parking. I drive to the new location, could not find the premises for the life of me as the description on the message was not great so I had to call for guidance. I eventually find the gate to the premises, to get to my room I had to go through 4!!! Lock boxes all with different codes. I eventually get to my room, have to drop my stuff off and go straight out as I'm running behind with my plans. Returning to my room to sleep, one of the lock boxes (the 3rd lockbox) would not work at all, so I couldn't get access to my room/my stuff, at 1.30am. I was forced to sleep on the floor and then to sleep in my car as was cold. I had to wee outside. In the early morn I tried to call but no answer, eventually someone rang back who couldn't speak very good English and promised she would help me and would call back. No one got back in touch even when I said I was a lone female, had slept on the floor, low battery on phone and couldn't get my stuff. I only got access because of knocking on the door for another guest to eventually let me in at 9am.
