9.0La calefacción. Estaba todo calentito a pesar que afuera estaba bajo cero.
− Que el café y la leche estaban tibios. Y que si querías un buen café con sus variantes tenés la maquinita (pero se paga aparte 🤷♂️ Eso no es así en ningún lado.

8.0Atención 10/10 se preocuparon de tener la habitación lista en conjunto a la cunita que se solicitó.
− Problemas con la calefacción, había que estar solicitando todos los días de la estadía que la prendieran porque se olvidaban. El desayuno buffet le falta más variedad de productos.

10.0Excelente ubicación desde el centro de la ciudad para recorrer caminando
Un dormis común y corriente, que no permite ser disfrutado, rodeado de un paisaje natural hermoso.
4.0El desayuno muy escaso de variedades. Ubicacion a 10 cuadras del centro.
− Tener una temperatura adecuada en todo el establecimiento. Temperaturas muy bajas o muy altas en las habitaciones, nunca pudieron regularlas. Las habitaciones no cuentan con frigobar ni telefono para comunicarse con concergeria o sector de desayunador. Promocionana sauna seco y duchas escosesas en el servicio de spa y justo estaba en reparaciones, a pesar que en los 5 dias no vimos ningun tipo de personal trabajando en ello. No tiene servicio de cafetería a la tarde/noche , ni hablar de algun tipo de restaurante. La bañadera es muy resbaladiza y no cuenta con apoya mano ante cualquier evento no deseado dentro de la misma. Mi calificacion es de un hospedaje 2/3 estrellas, no más. Hay otros hospedajes de mejor calidad a mejor precio.
