8.0في موظفة اسمها زهرة كانت افضل شي في الفندق الخدمة بشكل عام ممتازة الفندق جميل وواسع الفطور ممتاز ومتنوع
− عدم وجود عربة لحمل الحقائب تأخر تسجيل الدخول سلك الأمان على النوافذ كان واحد خربان ،، اما الباقي كل شي ممتاز
اقامه رائعه ولا تعني شيء بعض النواقص..
8.0اشكر موظفين الاستقبال على تعاونهم وخدمتهم لنا وخصوصا وجود موظفه تجيد اللغه العربيه وبطلاقه وتساعدنا بكل شيء نحتاجه داخل طرابزون🫡 ونشكر الموظفات في المطعم في الفتره الصباحية ودودون ويحبون الاطفال..
− مواقف السيارات محدود وكوالين الابواب بالمفتاح وبصعوبه تقفل الباب وعدم وجود حامل حقائب عند الوصول..
