Schönes Appartement in direkter Lage zu den Stadien. Waren für ein Konzert dort, füßläufig erreichbar. Komfortable Betten, alles sauber.

− Zugang nur schwer möglich. Eine App muss geladen werden, die allerdings nicht wirklich funktioniert, da kaum Verbindung in den Häusern ist. Toilette zum Schlafraum hin offen.

Drei Wohnblöcke befinden sich hintereinander mitten in einem Wohngebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern. Die in unmittelbarer Nähe befindliche Hauptstraße hört man nicht. Für Fußballfans ist diese Lage optimal, da man in wenigen Minuten zum Nordpark gelangt.

− Leider war es sehr kompliziert, um über die KIWIApp die Haus- und Appartmenttüre zu öffnen (von zwei jungen Paaren wurden wir angesprochen und um Hilfe beim Öffnen der Türen gebeten). Wir erhielten vorab von booking ein Upgrate, welches wir aber leider nicht erhalten haben. Leider war kein Geschirrhandtuch oder Küchenpapier im Appartment, so dass wir keine Möglichkeit zum Abwaschen bzw. Abtrocknen hatten. Die Geschirrspülmaschine zeigte "Salz- und Reinigungsmittel" als fehlend an. Die Batterien der Fernbedienung waren leer, so dass wir das Fernsehgerät nicht einschalten bzw. nutzen konnten. Das beim Duschen entstandene Spritzwasser konnte leider nicht (da kein Abzieher da war) vom Boden entfernt werden und das vorhandene Duschvorlegetuch war völlig durchnässt, Rutschgefahr!! wenn man zum WC ging.
