8.0Le personnel a été très attentionné. La literie est très bonne. La climatisation dans la chambre est un très bon point. La plage est à 10-15 min à pied et la marina à 20min.
− Le Wifi est assez aléatoire dans la chambre. Il est nécessaire de rester dans la partie commune pour être tranquille.

1.0À fuir ! L’accueil a été très décevant. Dès notre arrivée, l’ambiance était pesante et le personnel semblait constamment sous pression. La piscine était pratiquement inutilisable. Le robot de nettoyage est resté dans l’eau toute la journée, ce qui empêchait de profiter pleinement de la piscine. L’établissement est très sale, avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Le ménage laisse clairement à désirer. Le petit-déjeuner est une véritable arnaque. On m’a facturé 5 € par adulte et 3 € par enfant, pour finalement recevoir exactement la même chose pour tout le monde : un simple verre de thé et un croissant. À ce prix-là, c’est inadmissible. Le patron s’est montré très agressif et désagréable. Son attitude envers les clients est inacceptable et met tout le monde mal à l’aise. On comprend rapidement pourquoi le personnel semble avoir peur de lui. Le rapport qualité-prix est catastrophique. Pour le prix payé, les prestations sont loin d’être à la hauteur. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. Il existe de nombreux endroits bien plus propres, accueillants et professionnels. Une très mauvaise expérience que je ne renouvellerai jamais.
− L’établissement est dans un état de propreté déplorable. La salle de bain était envahie par la moisissure, les toilettes étaient cassées et une forte odeur d’humidité régnait dans la chambre.

10.0Le riad est magnifique, au calme et propre. La cuisine était incroyablement bonne. Merci à Ali et Amina pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
