Overall worth the value ; however the features could use improvement.
7.0Location, price, and occupancy availability. Adam was responsive when there was an issue.
− Property wasn’t clean upon checking in. Kitchen amenities lacking. (1 or 2 pots and pans, dull knives, 3 coffee makers with 1 not working). Pest infestation; however was able to resolve it with quick trip to Walmart. Not enough blankets and full sized towels for number of guests that could be accommodated.

We really loved our stay even though it was short. The river was really beautiful!!! Definitely coming back again!!!!

− We didn’t care for the RV’s. Noisy A/C running while wanting to listen to the calming river…and stinky RV toilets
