− Fremde Socken hinter dem Schlafsofa (unzureichende Reinigung) Spinnenweben in mehreren Bereichen (Wohnzimmer, Hausflur, Badezimmerschrank) Deutlich unzureichende Ausstattung für die gebuchte Personenzahl (zu wenig Gläser und Tische) Zwei defekte Schlafsofas, die wir nicht nutzen konnten Keine Reaktion auf meine Nachricht hinsichtlich der O.g. Punkte.
