10.0The house offers all the necessary accomodations. I specially liked the bathroom furniture and the chill space in front of the garden for the morning coffee. The owner was always kind and helpful.

Casa Lapa Delicias is a centrally located well-appointed property with a lovely garden.
9.0Casa Lapa Delicas is a gated, well-appointed small house and property. Everything we needed was there: air conditioning, a lovely shower, and nice kitchen appliances, including an induction hot plate. The porch is shaded and surrounded by a sweet garden with wonderful plants: flowers, banana trees, and a soursop/guanabana tree. We made smoothies from bananas and guanabana. There is a school and a church close by, and down the road are two restaurants and two small grocery stores. The property is centrally located, so it is easy to drive to Montezuma, Cobana, Saint Teresa, and many, many beaches.
− Because Casa Lapa Delicias is located on a main road and close to a school, church, and a few other houses in the village, it was a bit noisy in the morning, but it wasn't so noisy that we were in any way inconvenienced.
Considering value for money this stay is almost exceptional. Will choose it again visiting Montezuma
9.0The location is pretty close to Montezuma. The house is small but very convenient for four people family. It has all the necessities for our stay. The host, Edwin, is very friendly and pleasant to speak with.
− There is nothing that we would not like, except for some noise from plants scratching the walls at night, and loud conversations of neighbors in the morning. :)
