10.0It was a great place to be... verry nice and especially Jonathan, the manager, did everything to make me happy. Thumbs up! Very good service and food. The rooms are so unique, we suggest it.

− Me intoxiqué con algo y me tuve que ir al día siguiente. Cosas a tener en cuenta: no hay nadie allí por la noche. El aire acondicionado solo funciona de 20:00pm a 10:00am Yo me puse muy enferma y la cisterna no funcionaba. Fue una pesadilla. LLEVAR MEDICAMENTOS, agua y comida por si acaso. No hay nada para cenar que no sea allí y todo es más caro que en la ciudad. Hice todas las comidas allí, y a pesar de haberme intoxicado posiblemente allí, me cobraron 6€ por el suero para el estómago y no me ofrecieron ni reembolso ni siquiera un descuento. Tuve una experiencia muy mala. Además había habido temporal y el lago de atrás olía fatal.

10.0My son and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Jonathan and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The room was beautiful, very clean, and perfectly comfortable. Waking up on the island in such a peaceful and well-maintained space made the stay even more special. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay on the island.

4.0La ubicación es muy buena , por qué si vas en taxi y te quedas en el último parqueadero , bajas unas escaleras y te queda a 7 minutos a pie
− La actitud del de recepción , sus firmas y maneras dejan que deseas , altivo y soberbio. Si bien fui por una noche , me quedé dos noches pero el administrador me hizo cancelar mi primera noche y que le pagarnos la 2 noches al hotel obviando a Booking y después vino una señorita administradora ella con unas ínfulas de diba que te hablaba lo justo pero bueno tema aparte también son las sabanas que madre mía no son de algodón y queman por la noche y también son muy delgadas y se corren de la cama . En fin a los dos días salí de ese" hotel" .y claro me incrementaron el precio por pagar con tarjeta .
