10.0Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza. La posizione della struttura è ottima: in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni della zona, comprese Porto Cervo e Baia Sardinia. Al check-in siamo stati accolti da persone molto gentili e disponibili, che sono rimaste sempre pronte ad aiutarci per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La casa era dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il bel terrazzino con vista sul mare e il piccolo giardino, perfetti per rilassarsi. Struttura consigliata!

− Unterkunft ist unterteilt, zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Haupthaus und zwei Schlafzimmer im Keller, der durch eine separate Haustür betreten wird. Im Keller roch es leider etwas muffig. Das Haus im Allgemeinen ist sehr hellhörig, man hört auch die Nachbarn sehr deutlich. Gott sei Dank ist es aber eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft sodass es nicht sehr störend war. Mückenschutz am Fenstern und Türen wäre noch gut gewesen.
Toller Urlaub in der Villa Punta Saline
9.0Großes schickes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Palau, La Maddalena, Porto Cervo nur wenige Kilometer. Viele schöne Stände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war alles vorhanden was nötig war. Das Haus ist aufgeteilt auf mehrere Etagen mit 2 verschiedenen Wohneinheiten mit eigener Küche. Wie haben uns aber problemlos mit 6 Personen im oberen Wohnbereich aufgehalten. 2 Personen haben die untere Wohnung nur zum Schlafen und Duschen genutzt. 2 Schlafzimmer hatten Zugang zu einer Terrasse. Oben vom Balkon hatten wir zum Essen den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer genossen.
− Ein Grill haben wir leider vermisst.

9.0Großzügige schöne Villa mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Sehr bequeme Betten (wir haben das Erdgeschoss und die 1. Etage genutzt) und ein schöner Wohn-/Essbereich. Viel Platz mit 3 Badezimmern. Flexibler Check In/- Out. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Gute Lage.
− Einiges der Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte erneuert/ausgetauscht werden.
