6.0The cave was clean. The bed was a full bed not a queen. The heater didn’t work well. The only moderate warm water was in the kitchen . The property was dilapidated. There was old beds and couch , couch and a old trailer in the back of the property.. there was an abandoned house and a broken down Rv on the property ..
