Stan je divan, još ljepši nego na slikama, dogovor sa domaćinom vrlo jednostavan i on uvijek dostupan. Stan je malo izvan centra, ali lako dostupan javni prevoz tako da vam je vrlo jednostavno stići u centar. Parking mjesto domaćin nema svoje, međutim ima mnogo slobodnog parkinga na ulici, a kraj je ušuškan i veoma miran tako da nemate bojazni ostaviti auto. U svakom slučaju odlična vrijednost za novac i ocjena 10 za ovaj apartman.
