Overall was ok, easy to get too. Needs update

− Wasn’t clean, the floor felt dirty. The noise is really bad
Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay, made even better by Zee’s warmth, helpfulness, and attentiveness.
8.0The property was lovely, clean, and well presented. Zee was amazing throughout our stay. She was always available, easy to reach, and genuinely happy to help whenever needed. She even thoughtfully dropped off a fan for us, as she thought it might get hot. Her warmth, attentiveness, and care made the stay even more enjoyable.
− The only issue was the ironing equipment. The iron was black underneath, and the ironing board had a burn mark through the fabric and foam. As I was there for a wedding and needed to iron a white dress, I had to use linen sheets to protect it, which was inconvenient. This could be improved.

Lovely, clean and cosy apartment in Birmingham
10.0Very comfortable beds, clean apartment throughout, all the facilities you need are available, good WiFi, easy to check in and out, ample parking, Zee the host is very hospitable and responsive should you have any questions or concerns. The location is great with lots of shops and takeaways nearby. I definitely would stay here again with my family.
− Only one thing but understandable given the current climate, the shower pressure is a bit low on the electric shower.
Definitely we will go back!
