La ubicacion.

− 1. Hora del checkin según la reserva 15h. Llegamos con un calor infernal y la señora de la limpieza estaba empezando y le dicen que hasta las 15:30 no se podia entrar. Comprobar en booking la hora. Nos fuimos a unas escaleras cercanas porque todo estaba cerrado y nos dijeron que ni siquiera podiamos dejar el equipaje. 2. Cuando por fin entramos le mande un mensaje pidiendo las calves de la wifi. Aún estoy esperando la respuesta. 3. La puerta del baño no tiene tirador desde dentro, es decir te deben empujar desde el otro lado para poder cerrar y usarlo. 4. La ducha traga regular. 5. Para rematar. Tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. Cuando nos ponemos a intentar usarla resulta que se sale por el suelo. La habitacion encharcada. Le mando un audio al numero de contacto mas tarde de las 20h y como se supone que solo podian ser emergencias, le comento que no se si eso es una emergencia pero...la bañera se sale. Aún sigo esperando respuesta. Debe estar la bañera con la clave de la wifi. Adjunto fotos y podria tambien la captura de la no conversación.

− Estaba sucio; es un piso muy bonito y es una pena que estuviese sucio Tampoco había toallas y fundas de almohada hasta el día siguiente No informan antes de hacer la reserva de que tienes que hacer una fianza de 100€
