Proprietate descrisă corect,atât în text cât și în imagini.Intimitate,curățenie,totul funcțional.Piscina cu apă curată,încălzită,cu alveolă de adâncime mică pentru copii.Mobilier plajă suficient,umbrele. În interior,un aspect îngrijit,confortabil.Se poate găti,la plită pe gaz,cuptor electric,microunde.Frigider mare cu congelator.Fără mirosuri de la canalizări.Terasă acoperită cu grătar pentru cărbuni. Nu se închiriază decât "Căsuța bunicii",așa că piscina nu se împarte cu alte persoane din exterior.
