9.0Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer. Schöne Wohnung, das Bett war sehr bequem. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ein Plus. Bushaltestelle nach Funchal direkt vor der Tür.
− Die Ausstattung in der Küche (Töpfe und Pfannen) könnte etwas besser sein.

10.0Замечательные апартаменты, очень светлые, уютные, с большой террасой и видом на океан. Все продумано до мелочей и очень удобно. Подземный паркинг с лифтом, очень удобно для подъема вещей с машины сразу под дверь квартиры. Прекрасный хозяин, очень добрый, приятный и коммуникабельный, подождал нас когда мы немного задержались, все рассказал, показал и объяснил. Классная локация, внизу набережная с прекрасным видом и пляжем, все это в пешей доступности. Квартира с двумя уровнями, очень светлая, есть все необходимое, полноценно оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина, кондиционер, все отлично работает, все очень чистое и в отличном состоянии, была вся необходимая бытовая косметика и химия все до мелочей. При вселении нам презентовали местные фрукты, шоколад это было безумно приятно. В общем все было великолепно, очень рекомендую, отлично подойдет как для пары так и для большой семьи с детьми.
