− Plumbing in one room not working. One bath not clean. One bathroom light not working. Unclean table. The mirror glass doors and care taker's unlimited access to house.

− I booked mafjoint1, which reflects as 3 bedroomed home, at a price reflecting specifically for 6 adults even though they have price options for up to 8 people(you can confirm this yourself). Also booked mafjoint 2 similarly, making us a family of 12 booked in two homes Mafjoint1 and mafjoint2. To our surprise, after driving over 7 hours to the destination, we were told to have booked 2 rooms in 1 home, practically meaning 6 people in each room😮... I've never been so mortified in all my years of using booking.com. Worst experience!!! The owner never owned up but claimed it to be booking.coms fault. After an 8 hour long drive, We had to drive around in a 0°cold night as she had us find alternative accommodation (which we ended up not paying for👍). Aircons were useless as they malfunctioned even after we had reported to owner (who did nothing), making the home freezing cold. 😠 😤 😭
