− Péssima gestão da reserva efetuada pelo grupo do alojamento, foi necessário ligar varias vezes, e nunca em momento algum resolveram a questão, inclusive uma das funcionárias desligou a chamada enquanto eu estava a falar. Das duas primeiras chamadas não sabiam qual alojamento me estava a referir... Não me senti segura com esta reserva, nem durante a estadia, a porta da entrada da casa grande parte é vidro, consegue-se ver para dentro, e a porta em si não transmite segurança. No geral, há uma falta de cuidado com o cliente .
