− The peacefulness. Location to the area I was working and walks close by. The sandwich shop near is a must

− The single bed mattress could do being replaced. The springs are not comfortable to sleep on. The double bed through is fine and comfy.

Location of property was great, close to everything, just what we needed.

− The property itself was good, a little tired in places, but clean and comfortable. One thing that would be useful is instructions on what to do with all the recycling, as it's all just piled up in the backgarden, and I hate leaving it there, but don't know when the boxes need to go outside. The boxes were already crammed full when we arrived, so I just balanced mine on top. That's the only thing that would be useful is instructions on bins/recycling, plus instructions on TV, oven etc. Other than that, we've had a great stay and would stay again if we're ever in Exeter.
