Paying premium prices for partially renovated paradise.

Great location (although up a really steep driveway). Inside has mostly been renovated. Large pool. Lots of stubby coolers.

− The outdoor area is pretty shabby, especially at this price point. Weeds were everywhere, and large treestumps have been left - no stump grinding to improve the asthetics. The ground was uneven with dips hidden by AstroTurf. The owners bikes are left rusting in the deck area. Inside, the water dispenser needs replaced on the fridge. There's no ice-cube trays (an essential in FNQ). The lounge room furniture is outdoor pool furniture, so is really uncomfy. There was only one kitchen knife and it was blunt.
