Ok for a short stay
7.0Well located close to 3 bus lines, not much traffic, quiet neighborhood.
− Lack of equipment overall (hangers for clothes, no coffee machine, no toaster, no big pan to cook for a group of 4-5...). Very average bedding and pillows.
I still like it!

− Can hear Room 1 couple having sex and screaming very loudly!
Cozy stay close to downtown of Luleå.
9.0The whole stay was absolutely amazing. Room was clean and cozy. It had all of the necessities you could ever need. We will definitely book this place again in the future if we visit Luleå.
− Only downside was the shower where it felt like a safety hazard with wires be dead-open from the ceiling but no other complaints.

− The air inside wasn't really the best, a bit musty (hopefully not moldy).

− Super big TV, but no socket near TV for power. :( No light in livingroom.
Apartment with potential, but not yet ready for the market
4.0Good location in quiet area, lot of space and well equipped kitchen.
− The apartment should not be in the market yet. It has potential, but is unfinished and lack control. We rented apartment spesifically to be able to cook. Theere was a nice induction oven in the kitchen, but none of the pots and pans were made for induction, so it was not possible to use the oven. The holder in the shower was broken, There were not yet mounted light in the living room, and a new TV was not connected to either electrisity or network (cabel still lacking). If all these elements had been OK, the apartment would be very nice to use.
