Bonic, cèntric i acollidor.
7.0La localització és inmillorable. L’apartament es gran, espaios, molt nou i maco.
− A l’habitació amb el llit de matrimoni no hi ha persianes per dormir totalment a les fosques. Al menjador hem trobat a faltar cortines i/o persianes per més privacitat. També hem trobat a faltar una esponja de rentar plats.
