Goede ligging. Nabij strand en op loopafstand (25 minuten) van het stadje. Aardige eigenaar. Goede eigen parkeerplek. Rustige buurt.

− Keuken is wat gedateerd en klein. Er is geen woonkamer, bank of ligbed waar je op kunt zitten. Wel een zitje buiten met tafel en stoelen.
