− I made my reservation night time ,the following day I received a message from the owner saying that the apartment is not available !why they are posting their location online while it’s not available! I sent them messages to cancel the reservation from their side and send me refunds and my reservation was not refundable so I have no right to cancel it!I end up contacting Booking customer service and I was surprised that the owner note that the reservation is canceled because I didn’t show up! Which is a lie to not getting me my refund of more then $750! I shared all the proofs with booking.com and finally got my money back after almost 3 weeks!
