There’s lots to like about this property. It is private, surrounded by green hills, lots of birdlife and this made our stay very peaceful and relaxing. Helen was friendly and offered us the opportunity to collect fresh eggs from her chickens and plums from the tree. It’s a great farm property.

− We loved the deck but unfortunately, because it rained a lot, and the deck has a sail but not hard cover, we were not able to use it as much as we would have liked.

This place is very beautiful. The verandah has good views of the surrounding. Very peaceful and quiet. The furnishings were done with great taste. We went to see the horses, ducks & chicken. We fell in love with the air refresher provided by the owner; wild grapefruit scent. We ended up going to "The Warehouse" and bought 8 nos back home with us. The owner has a premium coffee machine which we enjoyed very much.

− We were travelling 5 of us. The main house had 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 4. The other room is across the road and not connected to the house. We weren't aware of this when we booked. My son didn't want to sleep alone by himself so he slept on the couch instead. Not really a problem as he said the couch was more comfortable.

Absolute Traumlage und wunderschönes Cottage mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit frischen Eiern direkt von den Hühnern. Enten fressen einem aus der Hand. Und nachts einen Sternenhimmel wie im Paradies. Helen und Richard sind mega, super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne!!! DANKE!!!!

− Schade war, dass wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren. Dort könnte ich auch viel länger bleiben. Traumhaft dort.

If you are traveling in the Coromandel region, this is definitely the place to stay, and there are quite a few reasons for this. I suppose there are other accommodations with amazing views in the area, but here it is a combination of location, views, a space that feels like a shame to leave and a couple of simply charming hosts. From the moment you receive the advance notice to the moment you check out, you feel welcome. Helen and Richard were so nice, kind and welcoming that they helped us even in an unexpected case that was not related to them at all and managed to arrange a vacation for us just as we wanted. What more do you need from a place to stay? So if you are coming to this stunning area, this is the place for you. Helen and Richard, thanks again for everything.
