Can’t beat location and a very updated house … just a few minor salt air rust related issues with doors and screens ….

Great location. super clean and updated ….

− Foot wash in outdoor shower doesn’t work. Outdoor shower door latch rusted and non functional. 2nd floor rear porch door hard to shut… 3rd floor rear screen door and sliding glass door very difficult to open
