3.0We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was disrespectful and unprofessional. We were woken up at 8:00 a.m. and shouted at because we were charging our electric car, even though we had asked for permission beforehand. When we tried to speak with the staff, they ignored us and did not respond. We expected much better service and would not recommend this hotel.
