Lovely location, very good pool, property clean and spacious Amazing staff. Alexandro was fantastic.

− No AC, no windows in 2 rooms to be able to open do to wasps and mosquitoes .

Touch of Apuan Alps, quiet place in green, spaciuos dining room, small private patio, swimming pool good for children, all decorated with taste and elegance, very clean. Access from small private road, the google view is misleading showing the view from the main road in Nocchi - old village out of beaten track, 1 restaurant and 1 pizzeria, both worth a visit. Supermarket 10min drive in Camaiore - great selection of cheese, meat and frutti di mare. Beach in lido di Camaiore - 20min. Public beach 30min. Lukka - 30min. Mountain trails - 30min - 1,30min .

Lovely family apartment with pool great location to explore NW Tuscany.

Lovely well equipped compact apartment, perfect for our family with teen and preteen girls, great traditional restaurant and bar within 5 minutes walk, perfect base for exploring the tuscan hills and the nearby towns. The pool was great to cool down and have some fun. Fantastic and cheap train connections to both Florence and Pisa from viareggio station a short drive away with ample parking. Good local shopping options. Alessandro was a great host, and gave us some great recommendations and local insight, and accommodated our late arrival.

Well equiped stylish accomodation with responsive host.

The place is really stylish and quiet, nicely furnished and well equiped with appliances. There were some small technical problems but they were promptly fixed and we were generously compensated. The host was very atentive and reacted fast in communication.

− The parking places are relatively small, so if there are more guests with bigger cars, it might get problematic.
