− Il caos che faceva ľinquilino del piano di sopra che rientrava alle 2 di notte sbattendo porte e tri rumori di calpestio non proprio silenziosi

Sala accogliente ma insonorizzazione e bagno al limite della sufficienza.

L'ampia sala centrale, il caffè, la posizione in centro a Nepi, pulizia.

− Rumore di passi dalla stanza soprastante mi ha impedito di dormire. Il bagno è parecchio sacrificato, la doccia con un piatto da 60 (forse) per una taglia XL come il sottoscritto è al limite dell'inutilizzabile.
