Enkel en alleen het uitzicht op de bergen

− Helaas was onze ervaring met dit verblijf in Slovenië zeer teleurstellend. Wat een ontspannen verblijf met ons gezin had moeten zijn, heeft ons juist veel stress, ongemak en uiteindelijk een verloren vakantiedag opgeleverd. Nog vóór onze aankomst vroeg de eigenaar ons om pas rond 20:00 uur te arriveren, terwijl de officiële inchecktijd 15:00 uur was. Wij hebben hiermee ingestemd en waren bereid hierin mee te denken. Achteraf bleek echter dat er al vóór onze aankomst sprake was van een ernstig probleem met het toilet. Dit is iets wat naar onze mening eerlijk en vooraf aan ons gemeld had moeten worden. De eigenaar schreef ons zelf via WhatsApp: “I’m terrible sorry. Yesterday was in the house some workers and they leave late and it was not possible to maintain everithing. And they left a reality big mess. We will do everything to make you as comfortable as possible. I’m terribly sorry.” Nog belangrijker: het schoonmaakbedrijf dat samen met de monteur naar de accommodatie kwam, bevestigde tegenover ons eveneens dat het probleem met het toilet al de dag vóór onze aankomst speelde. Dit komt overeen met het bericht van de eigenaar waarin hij zelf spreekt over de situatie van “yesterday”. Voor ons maakt dit de situatie extra teleurstellend. Wij waren ervan uitgegaan dat wij later konden inchecken vanwege een late check-out, zoals ons werd verteld. Achteraf lijkt echter duidelijk dat er al vóór onze aankomst een probleem was en dat wij hierover niet vooraf zijn geïnformeerd. Bij aankomst bleek het toilet volledig verstopt en konden wij er geen gebruik van maken. Er was geen ontstopper aanwezig. Wij hebben direct contact opgenomen met de eigenaar met se vraag of er een ontstopper is. Hij gaf aan dat dat er niet is en dat hij zijn schoonmaakster met een monteur zou sturen, dit kon pas in de middag. Toen wij vroegen om verduidelijking en hoe lang dit zou duren reageerde hij vervolgens lange tijd niet meer op onze berichten. Uiteindelijk hebben wij zelf Booking.

− Iba jedna vec. Pokazený zámok na vstupných dverách ,nedalo sa zvonku otvoriť ,museli sme chodiť cez terasu .
