Große, etwas abgewohnte Wohnung für maximal 6 Personen
7.0Zwar etwas dezentral aber sehr gut angebunden an die Subway. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Verwalter der Wohnung ist sehr bemüht.
− Nicht wirklich für mehr als 6 Personen ausgelegt. Anfangs hat das Bettzeug für die 7. Person (hat letztendlich auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen) gefehlt. Besteck nur für 4 Personen vorhanden - wurde aber dann auch am zweiten Tag nachgeliefert. Tisch und Stühle im Essbereich haben ihre beste Zeit schon länger hinter sich. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung schon sehr abgewohnt, aber vielleicht ist der „deutsche Anspruch“ hier zu hoch.

7.0Posizione vicino alla Metro, 5 minuti a piedi camere molto grandi e comode, una delle quali ha il bagno in camera con doccia e vasca, soggiorno spazioso, eravamo una famiglia di 7 persone. Il Proprietario ha cercato di rispondere velocemente ma non sempre è accaduto.
− A noi sembrava freddo nelle camere: senza i termosifoni trovati nell’armadio (presenti in 2 delle 3 camere) sarebbe stato difficile scaldarsi. L’isolamento termico è molto scarso, sia a livello di pavimenti che di finestre. Trasporto valigie scomodo: non c’è ascensore e portarle ai piani è impegnativo. Inoltre non è possibile lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, fissato alle 10 del mattino giustamente. Avendo un volo serale, abbiamo utilizzato un servizio di deposito a circa 8 minuti a piedi. La cucina è poco accessoriata: le posate non erano sufficienti per il numero di persone, quindi abbiamo acquistato forchette usa e getta nel negozio vicino. La zona è piuttosto rumorosa e l’isolamento acustico è limitato. Tuttavia, essendo molto stanchi la sera, siamo riusciti comunque a dormire senza difficoltà.

7.0L’espace et le confort des chambres. L’appartement est très bien équipé. L’hôte est très réactif.
− C’est très mal isolé et nous entendons énormément les voisins, notamment ceux du dessus. Je n’irais pas forcément dans ce quartier avec des enfants.

− Appartamento trascurato in ogni locale. Appartamento per più persone e le forchette erano 4.presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ma non c'era il detersivo. Referente molto solerte e disponibile nelle comunicazioni
Mooi en aangenaam appartement. Makkelijk te bereiken, redelijk dicht in de buurt van metro.
