NO CONTRATAR SI ERES EMPRESA, NO TE HACEN FACTURA

− La verdad es que la experiencia con la anfitriona ha sido francamente mala. Después de casi un mes de nuestra estancia y de haber solicitado la factura de la misma en repetidas ocasiones al alojamiento directamente, de haber hablado con la anfitriona para reclamársela y de haberlo hecho incluso a través de booking, siempre sin respuesta por parte de la anfitriona, seguimos sin recibir la factura correspondiente a nuestra estancia. Es completamente inaceptable que se ofrezca un alojamiento a través de booking para empresas y que luego el alojamiento se niegue a mandar la factura correspondiente (o simplemente hagan oídos sordos a las solicitudes, como es en este caso); los alojamientos deberían saber que tienen la obligación de declarar los ingresos generados por sus alquileres, de la misma manera que las empresas tienen la obligación de declarar sus gastos mediante la factura correspondiente, en cada caso.
