Location from the airport, parking on site. Information that was in the rental , everything you needed to know . A small kitchen area, ok for breakfast. A nice outside seating area. For the two nights we were there, it was great. Definitely a nice place to recommend.

OK but won’t return due to problems…also because Owner said they’re stopping rentals. Sheesh.

Location is convenient to both Miami EastSide inc MiMo area and Miami Beach

− Rented specifically for dog-friendly yard but surprise ! Owner has 2 large dogs inc one that’s unpredictable/often aggressive toward other dogs which meant my older female dog couldn’t use the yard freely since no-one wanted the dogs to fight. The yard was basically not safe if the other dog(s) were in it…and they live there. Wi-Fi went out on last afternoon and stayed unavailable throughout evening. Owner shrugged and said it was someone else’s account so can’t be fixed- just have to wait and see. That’s not acceptable. Furnishings were clean & newish but somewhat inexpensive and odd to use eg toaster almost in sink, terrible lighting. Also no comfortable seating ie no good lounge chair or sofa. Lots of seating in the yard though.

The location was excellent – very easy access to the Miami Beach band show, which was the primary purpose of my trip. Also easy walk to Biscayne Boulevard and the restaurants. Clean and quiet neighborhood, easy sleeping. Like that there was a large empty lot behind the cottage, which made it even quieter. As advertised the cottage was nicely decorated to fit with the Mimo theme. Cozy, but actually larger than I thought it would be. Must add – love the Nespresso coffee maker. : )

− The bathroom window was left cranked open, I first thought it was to vent the bathroom – but it was because the crank attachment was unscrewed. I was able to work it back into place and close the window – but please repair it! Also, would recommend the baseboards be repainted. Another suggestion – please include natural sugar and creamer for the coffee options. Thanks!

It had everything you need. Looks very modern.

− Kitchen is small, it has everything for cooking, but the space is so small, that it’s hard to cook anything. Not a big deal when you plan on dining out anyway.

I absolutely loved staying at this cottage! It’s incredibly cozy, with a comfortable bed and beautiful decor that makes it feel like a home away from home. The small kitchen is a nice touch, perfect for light meals or a morning coffee. The host really made the experience exceptional. He was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to recommend local places to visit and eat, which made our trip even more special. I’ll definitely be staying here again – highly recommended!
