Excellent Condo apartment on the 9th floor from private, but professional landlord. Overall one of my best experiences in 6 months of traveling, i felt at home in that apartment.

− Quiet. Spacious. Fully equipped. 2 AC. Security at the entrance. Private gym with sauna on the rooftop.

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and it truly exceeded my expectations. It’s functional, comfortable, and very well equipped, from the kitchen to the small elements that make the stay easier. The location is excellent: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and universities are all just a few minutes’ walk away, which made my daily routine very convenient. The check‑in and check‑out process was impeccable. The hosts were attentive and organized, always making sure I was comfortable. They gave me a PDF with useful recommendations, the apartment has board games, and you can tell it’s managed with great care. I also really appreciated the welcome touches, such as regional products (yerba and chipa), which reflect the dedication and thoughtfulness with which the place is run. Overall, an excellent experience that I would gladly choose again --------------------- Estuve dos semanas en este departamento y realmente superó mis expectativas. Es funcional, cómodo y está muy bien equipado, desde la cocina hasta los elementos que facilitan la estadía. La ubicación es excelente: supermercado, restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas y universidades a pocos minutos caminando, lo que hizo mi día a día muy práctico. El proceso de entrada y salida fue impecable. Los anfitriones fueron atentos y organizados, siempre pendientes de mi confort. Me dieron un PDF con recomendaciones útiles, el departamento tiene juegos de mesa y se nota el cuidado con que lo gestionan. También valoré muchísimo los detalles de bienvenida, como productos regionales (yerba y chipa), que hablan del cuidado y la dedicación con la que gestionan el alojamiento. En resumen, una experiencia excelente que volvería a elegir sin dudar.

Sehr gute Lage. modere Wohnung Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

− Sehr Klein Mit Baumängeln siehe Foto es besteht Lebensgefahr. Über dem Herd ist ein Schrank verbaut. Die Ecke des Schrankes ist genau im Arbeitsbereich des Herdes. Keine Ahnung wer das so abgenommen hat? Extrem gefährlich! Fenster und Gardinen war sehr schmutzig.

Il nostro soggiorno a Las Mercedes è stato perfetto. Salvador è stato un host molto attento e cortese, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza o domanda. L'appartamento è piccolo, ma ben organizzato, con una camera da letto matrimoniale e il resto dell'appartamento comprende cucina, soggiorno e bagno. L'edificio è moderno, con una terrazza impeccabile. Il servizio di portineria è attivo 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, e il personale è molto cortese. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

Хозяйка отзывчивая, всегда на связи и готова помочь. При заезде нас ждал комплимент: мате и сладости. Из спальни красивый вид на город и можно встречать рассвет. На крыше есть бассейн, правда вода холодная, и шезлонги. Пользовались пару раз. Кухня и душ были хорошо оборудованы: соль, специи, посуда и мыло, шампуни соответственно.

− Были проблемы с канализацией, с туалетом. Не зря там сразу стоят два вантуза. Потом поняли алгоритм и все наладилось.
