Very relaxing and peaceful.
8.0We liked the quiet neighbourhood. You could walk to the shops. The property has got a lovely garden, very private and relaxing. There was a lovely park in the village and quite a few pubs to choose from in the surrounding area. The only thing I would say is that I was under the impression that the property was actually in the new forest, but it is in fact just outside.
− There was a problem with the toilet seats that were loose and we weren’t sure who to contact about it, but it wasn’t an insurmountable problem and I would have liked a visitor’s book, which would have been good as a guide to what was worth visiting in the area.
Lovely house in quiet and convenient area
10.0The house is lovely, it’s nicely decorated and very clean, with a large lounge, separate dining room which easily seats six, and good size bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the garden is large. It’s set in a quiet street, about a five minute walk from the nearest pub, and about a 10 minute walk to the local village shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. Thank you Kate.

10.0Great location in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We were two couples staying here and had plenty of space and our own bathrooms, the place was bigger than I expected with a lovely living room, kitchen and very comfortable beds. Also had a very pretty and well maintained garden in the back. Kate was a great host and responded quickly to my questions and we'd gladly stay here again!
