Appartement très fonctionnel, bien placé . Attention il est orienté nord donc très peu de soleil

− Le chauffe eau beaucoup trop petit ( 15l ) Il n'est pas possible de prendre 2 douches a6la suite l'un de l'autre. Apparemment est éventuellement prévu pour 4 . Ce chauffe eau n'est pas adapté . En plus il fuit lorsque l'eau chauffe ( pas de vase d'expansion )

The apartment had everything we required as did its location. Short walking distance to the beach. And a similar short walk the other direction for shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The apartment is in a very good location , 2 mins walk to the beach & 2 mins walk to the Yumbo centre ,the bed was super comfy , great communication with the host , he's was very helpful. We also hired a car & were able to find parking spaces easily, close to the apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage, alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Strand, Einkaufszentrum usw….). In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter!

− Leider liegt die Wohnung direkt an der Straße mit ständigem Autoverkehr, die Straße ist gepflastert, dadurch ist der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch, bis spät in die Nacht. Und in der Nachbarschaft ist eine Baustelle die noch bis Ende 2026 geht. Leider ging die Waschmaschine nicht
