This spacious holiday home consists of 4 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and an oven. The holiday home provides air conditioning, a washing machine, a tea and coffee maker, tumble dryer and a flat-screen TV. The unit offers 6 beds.

We enjoyed the pool table. I would not rent this property again unless it reevaluated and completed.
3.0Location
− The property was a starter. Apparently it had not been used for vacation rental purposes. The property was a DIY project not completely finished . The bathroom accessories (towel holders and toilet paper holders were not attached to the walls properly. Dirty cleaning rags were still under the sinks. There was a huge hole in the laundry room floor. The stove fixtures were dirty. The linens were old used unmatched towels. Was not sure if the linens had been changed on the beds prior to our arrival because a dead bug was in the master bed. There was dirty linen in the washer (comforter, pillow cases and towels). In the kitchen, there was a used coffee pod in the coffee pot and it was molded. The coffee pot had to be cleaned before I could use it. The TV in the master was connected to the light fixture in the ceiling. There was no power to the TV without the light being on (??). The light in the master closet was hanging from the ceiling with wires exposed. The closet door could not be closed because the fixture was situated in the middle of the doorway. There were no hangers in any of the closets for hanging up clothes. There were no dresser drawers except for those at the bottoms of the bed. I didn’t check the other rooms. The stairway going down stairs was unsafe. There needed to be a safety rail for support. There were no safety rails in the shower and the tub was too high and really unsafe for older adults. Some aspects of the property were unsafe for persons with disabilities. There were not TVs in all of the rooms as previously stated by the owner. Overall unsatisfied with the property rental.
