Maria was wonderful. Our arrival time changed to an earlier time and she arranged for a private water taxi from Marco Polo airport - our request. The taxi man called after the arrangement to inform us his boat was in for repair. This wasn’t something Maria was aware of as the taxi company had confirmed with us prior to the phone call. However at our arrival time (15:30) there was an available private taxi available so it worked out nearly as planned. Maria was so helpful in providing us transportation arrangements and information to navigate the public water transport from Giudecca our travel around the islands was easy. As for her apartment, it had all things we needed. Most importantly air conditioning that helped us recover from the heat wave Europe was having. Maria even brought us coffee pods and a bottle of wine. The area is quiet and local with good eating options within 5 minutes. We never ate off island as the local restaurants were quite good. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure good. Maria provided washing machine pods, though we brought our own laundry soap. Do bring your own body wash as that is not provided as the listing states.

Mariane非常的有耐心回答我們所有的疑問，第一次入住的時候他親自來接待我們，一見面給我們溫暖的笑容，讓我們感到非常的幸福，他的家非常的乾淨，熱水網路，廚房餐具和設備都非常齊全，而且另外幫附贈很多不同口味的膠囊咖啡和小點心，都體現他的細心，真的非常感謝遇到他。

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf Giudecca, nah am Wasser & ruhig in einem Innenhof. Sie ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Maria hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen & alles dafür getan, dass wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.

L appartamento perfetto. Pulito, impeccabile e comodo. Maria é stata gentilissima. Ci ha aspettato per riceverci puntualissima e ci ha aiutato in tutto.. Ripeteremo. Grazie Maria.

Quiet location, away from crowds.

Quiet location, cafe and restaurants close by, no stairs to apartment however it’s split level with a bedroom on 1st floor. Spacious apartment and sunroof with windows. Very close to main visiting center.

− It’s a bit far from Train station. Microwave wasn’t provided, caused a bit of inconvenience as we couldn’t takeaway leftover food from restaurant to heat up in apartment. TV location wasn’t very convenient for watching due to dining table in the way and 2 seater sofa in living room not sufficient space for family. Allow enough time for checkin as host is very thorough introducing the apartment and features and uses translation app for communicating. Host is very patient helping out if we need something.
