Space

− No one to reach out to as someone had parked in our parking space and nowhere else to park. Ensuite smelt of wee and dirty. Had to use main bathroom. Bed not comfortable. Sent messages on app but no reply.

Nice size apartment.

− Advertised as there was a patio, the main reason we booked. Unclean. Promised a refund for 10% as we were unhappy, which we never received. Tiles peeling off. I had to clean the kitchen tops before use.
