− 1. I circa 70 gradini per arrivare in camera con scale molto ripide nell'ultimo tratto ... 2. La presenza di zanzare in camera!

7.0Bellissima struttura d’epoca, un gioiellino in una posizione comodissima.
− Peccato per la poca disponibilità del personale al check in. Nonostante avessimo pagato 30€ in più per un late check in alle 19, siamo stati intimati, di fronte alla nostra richiesta di arrivo ritardato di un paio di ore (causa disagi procurati dai mezzi), di rispettare l’orario altrimenti saremmo rimasti fuori.

5.0La ubicación es muy buena . Cerca de todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad . Desde el hotel puedes visitar a pie la mayoría de los monumentos / museos . En la zona hay gran variedad de restaurantes de calidad . Puedes cambiar las toallas si lo necesitas , pero la habitación no la limpian durante la estancia .
− Se encuentra en un segundo piso sin ascensor . Para acceder al alojamiento tienes que subir 71 peldaños . Lo que lo hace inaccesible para personas con movilidad reducida . Precisamente por esto no lo recomiendo ni a familias que tienen peques , ni a personas con problemas de movilidad . Fuimos con dos peques ( 7 y 3 años ) y el acceder al alojamiento nos supuso más de un problema . El hotel se encuentra en zona de ocio , justo enfrente hay una discoteca y el aislamiento no es bueno , por lo que durante toda la noche se escucha muchísimo ruido . Al ser un edificio antiguo hay problemas de humedad , por lo que si tienes problemas de alergia tampoco está aconsejado . A partir de las 18:00h te cobran 30€ ( a pagar en efectivo ) por check in tardío . En resumen y dado que los edificios del centro de Florencia son todos de las mismas características , te recomiendo esa zona pero otro alojamiento con mejor accesibilidad y mejor insonorización.
