− El apartamento muy sucio y descuido, la cocina ni la pudimos usar, estaba llena de hormigas y arañas pequeñas, miles y todo sucio

Unpleasant experience, and I felt unsafe with the treatment provided by the apartment owner.

I liked the location of the place, the food, and the attention of the waiters at the complex where the apartment I stayed in with my family is located. Me gusto la ubicación del lugar, la comida y la atención de los camareros del complejo donde está ubicado el apartemento donde me hospedé con mi familia.

− The windows didn't close, there was moisture on the walls, the air conditioners were leaking, and the water faucets were rusted. Due to a mistake by the apartment owner and the cleaning lady, we were assigned a two-bedroom apartment that connected to a third room. This room was not closed and was connected to the apartment where we were staying. With only 20 minutes' notice, the apartment owner sent me a message on my phone (not through booking) and informed me that we had to vacate the third room because it was a mistake. I was enjoying the pool, and the cleaning lady, without waiting, entered the room and rummaged through my belongings, including valuables, and threw them on the floor. This is unacceptable. I called the apartment owner more than 25 times, and she did not answer the phone, even though she continued to message me directly on my cell phone. I did not receive an apology for the treatment, and both the cleaning lady, the apartment owner, and the administration washed their hands of the situation and said they could do nothing. THE TREATMENT WAS TERRIBLE. The lady told me that I had received a free room and that I could not complain when THIS WAS A MISTAKE BY HER AND THE CLEANING LADY. HOW UNPLEASANT IT IS TO ARRIVE AT THE PLACE WHERE YOU ARE SPENDING YOUR VACATION AND FIND A STRANGER INSIDE YOUR APARTMENT AND YOUR BELONGINGS THROWN ON THE FLOOR, INCLUDING YOUR PASSPORT. I FELT VERY VULNERABLE SINCE NO ONE TOOK ACTION ON THIS. I am extremely dissatisfied with this treatment, and I hope you do something to ensure that such things do not happen again.

TRAVELERS BEWARE- STAY CLEAR

− TRAVELERS BEWARE We booked a room with these people and left us feeling scammed. First of all, their communication is via messaging and the actual complex is not responsble for any of your accomodations or arrangements you made with them. The appartment looked nothing like what we booked. We traveled for 12 hours, arrived to an apartment that it was not the one we booked. It smelled like sewer, windows' locks were broken so we had to keep the hurricaine shutters closed everytime we left the apartment. Overall look of the apartment we got it was from the 50s with original dusty furniture. Bathrooms smelled bad and had old rusty hardware that didn't even work properly. The people even after we complained refused to give us a refund or any credit, or even provide different accommodations. Don't waste your time and money with these people.

Nice place for a hollyday near the national park

Position next to the beach was great. The property was clean only maybe the AC disinfection would be great. The owner helped me to retrieve me phone charger I forgot the day after.

− Originally in the reception they wanted to give me one big app instead of 2 booked. They said at that moment they was unable to reach the owner of the app to discuss it. We didn't checked it but went to lunch to Bayahibe and once we returned it was solved. Not in relation with the property itself - don't eat in the restaurant in the resort. The food is really untasty and price is pure rip off, 3500DOP (60$) for 6 tequilas.
