Gorgeous location and hotel
10.0Excellent location, beautiful decor which was apparently home to some of the Medici family! Lovely staff, great Michelin star restaurant. Absolutely super

− لكن الطاقم معاملتهم جدا سيئة اهم شيء عندهم المال يعني مثلا شاحن الجوال في اي فندق بالعالم تستعيره بالمجان في هذا الفندق يبيعونه عليك مبلغ 15 يورو عيب عليهم و تم تمديد المدة ليلتين اضافيتين و تم نقلي الى مكان اخر يقولون حجزك مختلف لازم تحجز من عندنا و ليس عن طريق بوكنج بالمختصر اسوء طاقم فندق شفته في حياتي و في العالم ليس لديهم اي احترافية بالعمل مع النزلاء
We loved it and would definitely stay at the Palazzo when in Florence again.
10.0Breakfast was very nice. A great selection to choose from an alacarte menu. We did miss the European buffet spread that so many hotels offer.
− Beyond the hotels control, there was a lot of noise overnight. Not sure where the revealers were coming from but they spent a lot of time yelling in the street outside our room. As late as 5:00 am?

9.0Tout était parfait. l'Hôtel est magnifique et idéalement situé. Il dispose d'une galerie avec une fresque murale superbe équipée d'un salon où il fait bon lire. Le personnel a été aux petits soins du début à la fin et nous a donné de très bons conseils. Enfin, cerise sur la gâteau, il y a un restaurant gastronomique. Pour résumer c'était très chouette et même mieux encore!
