− Although I understand the reason behind it, receiving check-in instructions on the day of arrival gave me a little anxiety since I was traveling from afar.

− The fact that it was the filthiest bedding and the most disgusting stained sofa bed I’ve ever seen - we had an intruder that entered the property with the building code in the middle of the night / the owners have not addressed this complaint
