− Was bij aankomst niet duidelijk welk gebouw, welk appartement en parkeerplaats. Afval locatie was zoeken.

− De sleuteloverdracht was wat lastig, onduidelijk welk kamernummer we hadden. Code van het kastje en het nummer van het appartementencomplex hadden we wel gekregen. Toen gebeld en werden snel en vriendelijk geholpen.
