玄関からリビング・ダイニング・プールまでのアクセスが良く快適でした。家族それぞれが自由に好きな場所で過ごせる配置でリラックスした時間が過ごせました。車で少し行った時ところに数軒スーパーがあり日用品の買い物も便利でした。 台風の影響で飛行機が飛ばず…1日延泊の問い合わせをしたら…たまたまその部屋が空いていたのでラッキーでした。

− 滞在後半が台風に見舞われたので、リアルタイムの情報が欲しかったのですが、テレビ放送が見られず不便でした。

好きな時間にプールに入れて子供たちが大喜びでした。

− 炊飯器があれば更によかった。洗濯機に関しては、こういうリゾートの場合は洗うものが多くなるので、洗濯と乾燥が開かれている方が便利だと思った。

ベットが寝心地よかった。プロジェクターも雰囲気良くて良かった。寒かったので外のジャグジーも良かったです

− 洗濯機がカビ臭くて、洗った服も全てカビ臭くなりました。クーラーからの水滴がソファなどに落ちてきました。天気が悪かったのもありますが、何か対策はないのでしょうか。換気扇や手の届かないところのホコリも気になりました

− The property was not adequately prepared for emergency situations such as a typhoon. During our stay, we experienced more than 48 hours without electricity, which meant no air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, lighting, cooking facilities, refrigeration, or proper toilet flushing. Almost every essential appliance relied entirely on electricity, leaving guests with no alternatives once the power went out. What disappointed us most was the lack of contingency planning and guest support. No emergency drinking water, portable gas stove, or practical assistance was provided despite having elderly guests and young children in our group. Communication was also poor, as we were never informed beforehand about the possible severity of the typhoon and had to seek updates and advice ourselves. Even after the typhoon had passed and nearby houses and shops had regained electricity, the property remained without power for another night, forcing guests to continue enduring cold showers and darkness. Overall, we expected much better emergency preparedness, communication, and support for a property at this price point.
