Enjoyed our stay in a location that was central to the main sightseeing highlights and no shortage of good food.
8.0Despite the unusual entry, location was excellent. The meet at the property was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful. Apartment was quiet and sufficient spacious.
− The bed in our apartment was past its best and access via the spiral stairs was a point of concern.

3.0There was always hot water for the shower.
− The property we stayed at was not the property shown on the booking. com site. It was dark and dingy. The walls were completely clad in polystyrene resembling brick throughout the apartment. The homemade bannister didn't offer support on the steep spiral staircase.
Perfect location
10.0The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Restaurants were very close and everything was convenient.
− We appreciated the space and it comfortably fit 4. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs, so plan for that if you frequent the bathroom during the night.
avoid at all costs from an honest traveler
3.0let me start with saying that we did not stay at this accomodation and I am not a lying person (I am sure owner will reply saying that I do). A day before our checking date the owner called me directly on whatsup. He said we can't stay in the place we book and proposed with stay at Alpacino Apart Hotel that was larger for the same price in a different area. He sent me a video of the proposed apartment. It sounded too good to be true and after reading previous reviews about that hotel and also this hotel as well, we realized it is a typical bait and switch technique that scammers are using to attract you with a nice video, but place you in a dump. I reported this to bookings.com, but both accomodation are still available for booking. The owner was kind enough to cancel my booking free of charge. Please save yourselves from the aggravation and avoid this place or the Alpacino Apart Hotel.

10.0I was a little skeptical because of the reviews, but after arriving, I concluded that the negative reviews were malicious because this is a small but charming place. I stayed exactly as I saw in the photos, and I loved the view and location. The host was an honest person; they responded to messages immediately and were very helpful.
