10.0Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Przemyślane mieszkanie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Na naszą prośbę dostaliśmy klucz do schowka, gdzie mogliśmy zostawić narty. W pobliżu dobra restauracja i sklep spożywczy. :)

10.0Bardzo fajny apartamenty. Mili i bardzo pomocni gospodarze. Samo mieszkanie bardzo czyste, schludnie i komfortowe. Serdecznie polecam 😀

10.0We absolutely loved the place. It felt like we were the very first guests, everything was spotless and tastefully modern. The kitchen was fully equipped, the towels plush, and the bedding incredibly cozy. Thanks to Zaclers location, we could easily reach Trutnov by car, where there’s an ice rink and a cinema, Lidl, Tesco, Billa, Kaufland for groceries shopping and a beautiful old town. All ski resorts were just a short drive away. A restaurant and a bakery were within walking distance from the apartment, plus a charming little café on the main square and a small supermarket nearby. The tree-top walkway was only about 30 minutes by car. A filling station is 500m away from the apartment. The communication was excellent, we don’t speak Czech, but all our messages were answered immediately and helpfully in English. They even helped us with an electric tabletop grill when ours broke on New Year’s eve. Our hosts greeted us personally when we arrived and were exceptionally kind.
