The facilities are great and the location to Splashmania is excellent for easy walking.

− The security guards were over the top and watching our every move. This made us feel uncomfortable and not very welcome in the residence.

− Extremely bad experience. The room had bad and strong smells, especially in the bedroom, on the bed and bedding. We didn't know what it was. During the night, we saw the ants running around in the bathroom and kids' room, and then we realised that strange smell was pesticides. We also saw the insects were on the kitchen table and kitchen draws. We arrived at 22.00ish. There was only a little toilet paper in both bathrooms, which caused a big problem during our stay. There was no hand gel in both bathroom rooms. We got very unwell during and after our stay. It's very far away from anywhere, apart from SplashMania. We took very long time to get a Grab.

The place was lovely, neat, and clean. Full package, it feels like you stay in your own home. The owner was very responsive. We have an issue with the washing machine, and he/she took the liberty to come all the way to have a look at it. (Turns out I forgot to turn on the water.)
