Insgesamt ein durchgehende Enttäuschung in allen Punkten.

Die Aussicht und die ruhige Lage.

− Die Wohnung war stets nasskalt und feucht. Kein Badezimmer hatte eine Heizung! Das Wasser lief in allen Badezimmer sehr langsam ab. (Duschwanne = 15min) Der Wohnraum war nur über einen Holzofen zu beheizen der erst nach Stunden ausreichend Wärme abgab. Bei sachgerechter Benutzung des Ofens drang Rauch, Gestank und Qualm aus der Decke, was vermutlich auf schlechte Abdichtung des Kamins zur Dachisolation zurückzuführen ist. Brandgefahr? Das Holz für den Ofen hatte Ungeziefer welches sich in der Wohnung breit machte. Ein Schlafzimmer besitzt nur ein Fenster zum Hausflur in dem die Vermieter auf und ab gehen. Ein Badezimmer besitz kein Fenster. Das zweite Schlafzimmer kann nur über den Wohnraum oder das nasskalte Bad belüftet werden. Der Küchentisch taugt nur für drei Personen. In die Garage passt nur ein sehr kleines Auto. Insgesamt ein durchgehende Enttäuschung in allen Punkten.
