You are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided to you upon booking, as well provide us with a photo of your government-issued ID (driver license, state ID or passport), and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These requirements must be completed within 3 days of booking. However, if you book within 24 hours of arrival (including same-day reservations), they must be completed within 1 hour of booking and before arrival. Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be canceled. For reservations that do not facilitate host-initiated cancelation, your reservation will remain active and you will not be allowed access to the property, nor will any refund be given. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.
